Who Are We?

 

We are a dedicated team, with backgrounds in nursing, midwifery and child development. 

We are degree qualified child development practitioners.

We are mums ourselves!

Our aim is to help and support you on your journey to a calm and peaceful nights sleep.

Our Philosophy

Our approach is centered around offering you a personal service, so that you can move towards  achieving your child's sleep goals. 

Unlike other sleep consultants, we keep it simple! We find out about you and your family dynamics. We discuss what you may have tried before, or what you are or are not comfortable with. We don't use terminology you are not familiar with.

Sleepy-Tots are here to help you develop healthy sleeping habits;

 

  • New baby on the way? - Sleepy Tots will be here to offer you an insight into how you will be able to manage, understand and support your new babies sleep patterns.
     

  •  If you are already experiencing difficulties with your child's sleep;

    • baby not able to self soothe​

    • waking multiple times during the night

    • erratic sleep patterns

    • difficulty initiating sleep

    • early waking

    • dependent on being rocked to sleep/fed to sleep

    • difficulty napping

    • transitioning to cot/bed/own room

Our methods are comprised of a gentle research based approach incorporating up to date knowledge on all aspects of child development and child behaviour.
