The Personalised Package
£249
This is for parents who would like a more tailored approach to include a home visit at a time that is convenient for you.

At the booking stage we will send you a sleep diary to complete so we are able to review your routine prior to your home visit*. This will enable us to prepare specific advice tailored to your requirements which will be examined in more detail with you at your home visit*.

Your home visit* can be up to an hour and a half long. During your visit we will discuss in detail your child's sleep behaviours and what you would like to achieve from our support. We will then provide you with a personalised sleep plan specific to your child's developmental needs.
Following your home visit* and personalised sleep plan this package includes 3 pre booked follow up calls of 30 minutes each to ensure your sleep goals are progressing.

*Home visit within a certain radius of Cheshire. Out of area will warrant additional cost to cover travel.
The Telephone Package
£139
This is for parents seeking direction and subtle sleep improvements and feel telephone consultations may be more appropriate for you.

At the booking stage we will send you a sleep diary to complete so we are able to review your routine prior to your telephone appointment. This will enable us to prepare specific advice tailored to your requirements and will be examined in more detail with you on your initial telephone call.

The initial telephone appointment can take up to an hour. After which we will then provide you with a personalised sleep plan specific to your child's developmental needs.
Following on from your initial telephone call and personalised sleep plan this package also includes up to 2 pre booked follow up calls of 30 minutes each to ensure your sleep goals are progressing.
The Back on Track Package
£49
For existing clients only.

Ideal for you if your child’s sleep pattern is regressing we are here for you to get back on track!
This includes a 45 minute pre booked telephone call to discuss any issues that may have arisen, or for some extra support and reassurance. We are just at the end of the telephone.
