Through our work we've seen hundreds of families needlessly putting up with sleep deprivation. Of course there will be periods in every baby/toddler's life when sleep is disturbed through illness, teething, developmental spurts or life transitions such as a house move. To a certain extent a few disturbed nights go hand in hand with being a parent. However continued sleep deprivation when babies wake frequently through the night is another matter.
We're realistic! We can't promise a no cry sleep solution or a perfect night's sleep every night. What we can promise is to optimize your baby/child's sleep pattern so it's more manageable for parents.
We have a dream to teach all new parents how to promote healthy sleep patterns in the first few months of their child's life. If we could achieve this we could prevent so many potential problems for babies/toddlers and exhaustion for parents.
